At least 10 people died on Sunday and many more were injured as multiple bomb explosions rocked the troubled Maiduguri, Borno State capital.

According to the international news agency, AFP, the explosions were heard Sunday at Kayamla and Dalori.

This is coming three days after Maiduguri was attacked by the insurgents and four days after five suicide bombers had stormed the city, killing no fewer than 14 people with 39 others injured, on October 1, the nation’s 55th Independence Day Anniversary.
