2019: Atiku visits Jonathan in Bayelsa

Former Vice President Atiku Abubakar on Wednesday visited immediate past President Goodluck Jonathan in his Bayelsa State home.

Though details of their meeting are yet to be known, speculations are that the meeting may not be unconnected with Atiku’s consultation for his presidential ambition in 2019.

Atiku, who left the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) in 2017, is among those aspiring for the opposition Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) presidential ticket.
