3 soldiers feared dead as Boko Haram sacks military camp in Borno
Three soldiers were feared dead after an attack on the army base of ‘Operation Lafiya Dole’ in Kamuya village of Buratai ward, Biu Local Government Area of Borno state by suspected Boko Haram terrorists.
The attack also saw the sacking of soldiers from their duty post as they all scampered for safety which offered the assailants a field day, carting away arms and ammunition left behind by the fleeing soldiers.
A source who witnessed the incident, said an alarm could not be raised during the attack by the soldiers due to lack of telecommunication network in the area, which had earlier been vandalized by the sect.

“There was a bloody attack on a military camp in Kamuya by suspected terrorists on Wednesday. The attackers first succeeded in sacking the soldiers at their duty post, after which, they invaded the camp and carted away huge arms and ammunitions.”The witness said.
As at the time of filing in this report, neither the Nigerian Army, nor Victor Isuku, the Police Public Relations Officer in the state was yet to comment on the attack.

This is what you get in a country where leadership engages in propaganda when it comes to issues posing grave threat to national security, am so much worried about the lives of these innocent soldiers may God protect them in their effort to defeat Boko Haram, which the government claimed they had defeated already and at the same time striking a deal with them under the guise of releasing Chibok girls, may GOD deliver us from the hands of who do not value lives and properties.
