By Ahmed Boulor

The ensuing legal battle between Ericmany Entertainment Limited owned by Okwudili Umenyiora and an artiste signed onto its stable, Douglas Jack Agu aka Runtown is now over as the record label has decided to drop the suit it filed against the singer.
Runtown is now free to perform again after he was dragged to court on June 14, 2016 by his label over contractual issues prompting a judge to give orders restraining him from performing which complicated issues for him.
Reports say both parties have agreed to settle out of court following the intervention of Olaniwun Ajayi law firm and under the new deal, Runtown is expected to remain with the label for another year.
Sources also revealed that Runtown is preparing to set up his own music outfit with feelers revealing that the platform will be named ‘Power In The Music’ (PITM).
