A deadly bomb blast at the Lal Shahbaz Qalandar shrine in Sindh province in Pakistan has claimed the lives of no less than 75 victims including children and women in the deadliest attack to hit the country in more than two years.

Reports say the attack which also wounded a hundred others saw a suicide bomber run into the crowded Sufi shrine as worshipers performed a ritual at the famous Lal Shahbaz Qalandar shrine in an attack claimed by ISIL.
