Three Chinese workers abducted by gunmen on Monday in Itagunmodi, Atakumosa West local government area of Osun State have been released.

The state Commissioner of Police, Abiodun Ige, confirmed the expatriates’ release on Wednesday.

However, details on how the foreigners regained their freedom are still sketchy.

Unknown gunmen had abducted the three Chinese men from their camp site in Ijoka village and killed their police orderly in the process.
