Nigerian politician and former member of the House of Representatives, Abike Dabiri, has returned to journalism- her first love with the launch of ‘Diaspora Quarterly’ magazine.

Abike, who was elected for the first time as a member of the House of Representative in 2003, and then re-elected in 2007, has chosen to rekindle her passion for journalism, as she seeks to show that she has not lost touch with her zeal to report news with the launch of the celebrity magazine.‎

The former Chairman of the House Committee on Media & Publicity, who was also the former Chair of the House Committee on Diaspora Affairs, worked with the Nigerian Television Authority, NTA, before she plunged headlong into the murky waters of politics.
