Actor Browny Igboegwu speaks on hypocrisy among colleagues in Nollywood

Nollywood actor Browny Igboegwu has taken to his social media account to express dissatisfaction with hypocrisy among his colleagues in the Nigerian movie industry.

In a sincere message on his Instagram page, Igboegwu frequently expressed his dislike of his colleagues’ inconsistent behavior by expressing animosity toward them and then abruptly expressing gratitude.

The actor encouraged his colleagues in the movie industry dubbed Nollywood to either talk favorably or keep quiet, emphasizing the value of sincerity and real connections.

He also voiced his utmost concern about the pervasiveness of theatrical behavior, flimsy relationships, and fake affection within the Nigerian film industry.

‘‘Make una take it easy with fake love in this our Nollywood abeg. One minute you are saying despicable things about your colleagues and the next minute you are posting and celebrating the same person. This is broad daylight witchcraft.

‘‘Please try and be genuine with your intentions towards people. Say no to fake love it is worse than poison. If you can’t say something good about someone, please shut up.’’ The actor wrote.
