Actress Lisa Raye begs Dencia for out of court settlement
By Ahmed Boulor

American actress Lisa Raye has openly pleaded with skin care entrepreneur Dencia who filed a lawsuit in February against the thespian for making defamatory comments about her skin care products.
In a Twitter post shared recently, Lisa reached out to Dencia asking for a resolution of the case between them to be settled out of court but the skin care entrepreneur would have non-of that saying she is suing Lisa for everything she is worth.
In a post on social media, Dencia said she asked her lawyer to send a retraction letter to Lisa and the radio station she granted the interview but she was miffed that only the radio station complied and Lisa didn’t bother even after she (Dencia) reached out to her and her movie producers to retract the statement.
In her reply to Lisa’s plea, Dencia posted on Instagram saying; “After Lisa made the statement, I asked my lawyers to do the needful and a retraction letter was sent to the radio station and Lisa. The radio station retracted but Lisa didn’t, she had her chance and went on TMZ and decided to promote her movie and now she wants to negotiate? No Lady we going to court.
“When you live in a Country like America with laws and you are in an industry where you are supposed to chew your words before saying anything you have to understand the consequences.
“I was insulted assaulted, lost money, spent money and now you want to settle?! Hell no! This will teach anyone coming for me a lesson; I got time and money to make you pay for what you say.”
