Fresh from his first test with the Nigerian national football team, Super Eagles, Coach Sunday Oliseh, has picked the team’s midfield as the weakest area while appealing to Nigerians to give the team time to blend as a strong force to be reckoned with in Africa football.

The draw places Nigeria at the top of Group G of the AFCON 2017 qualifiers with 4points from 2 matches., above Egypt whose match comes up on Sunday.

With the above 2017 AFCON Qualifiers results, 12 matches were played and a total number of 24 goals was scored, averaging two goals per match.

Four teams recorded away win while there were six home win and two draws. The match with the highest goals was between Guinea Bissau and Congo while

Nigeria and Tanzania was the only match without a goal.
