All the 11 passengers aboard the chopper which crashed into the Lagos lagoon have reportedly been rescued alive by emergency response workers.

Impeccable sources say the crash happened as the chopper prepared for ditching (which means that the pilot noticed fault and decided to crash land).

The incident is coming months after a helicopter from the same company crashed into the lagoon at the Oworonshoki area of Lagos. Three of those on board the helicopter were confirmed dead while four others were seriously wounded.
