Reports have it that Nigeria forward Ahmed Musa has been linked with a move from English Premier League side Leicester City to a Saudi Arabian side for a staggering £40m fee.

The 25-year-old Nigeria striker is the leading scorer for his country at the FIFA World Cup after his impressive performance in Russia added two more goals to his name.

The former Kano Pillars ace appears to have little future at the Leicester City having spent the second half of last season on loan at Russian topflight club CSKA Moscow.

According to a report on Leicester Mercury, multiple international outlets are now saying Musa will move to Saudi Arabian club Al Nassr for a fee which would represent fantastic business for the Foxes, as they paid only £16 million to CSKA for his services in 2016.

His two goals in Russia were against Iceland and the victory revived Nigeria’s hopes of advancing from the group stages of the tournament.

Musa, who has been linked with numerous clubs including Galatasaray, has made just four appearances in total for City since the sacking of Claudio Ranieri in February, 2017.
