Aisha Buhari, Sanusi visit 6-month-old baby raped by 30-yr-old man, wife

A six-month-old baby who was raped by a 30-year-old man identified as Muktakar Muhammad who was assisted by his wife got a visit from wife of the President, Mrs. Aisha Buhari, and the Emir of Kano, Muhammad Sanusi II, on Saturday.

The pair stopped by to check on the infant, who is now eight-months-old at the Aminu Kano Teaching Hospital, Kano State.

Describing the incident as man’s inhumanity to man, Mrs Buhari stressed that the culprit must be made to face the music while also commending the Kano State Government for taking measures to save the life of the minor.

The Emir of Kano on his part promised that the Emirate Council would do its best to ensure the welfare of the child and her parents, while also promising that the culprits will be brought to book.

Sanusi’s vow was also re-echoed by Muhammad Garba, the Kano State Commissioner for Information, who said in a statement, that the state government had vowed to get justice for the baby.

“We are deeply saddened by a story of a six-month old baby girl, allegedly raped by a close confidant in Kano. The government of Kano says it will make whoever is found guilty the first to pay the supreme price of life imprisonment,” Garba said.

Continuing, he added that; “Already, (Governor Abdullahi) Ganduje has directed the state Ministry of Justice to handle the matter properly by ensuring that it is delivered to the letter.

“Whoever is involved in this sordid sexual crime will be prosecuted under the relevant provision contained in the Kano State Penal Code Amendment Law, referred to as the ‘Principal Law’ as amended under section 283”.

Garba also noted that the state would bear the cost of the victim’s medical treatment.

My problems with this nation is that we waste time on unnecessary court case. What case are they filing against the perpetrators , this is sheer irrationality , kill these people without wasting time . What he did with the help of his wife worth instant death.

Noooo Johnson, the constitution grants right to fair hearing, it may be that he has excuses and facts to prove his innocence, probably, they could lied that the baby seduced him. All I know, they can’t go unpunished as the matter has gotten to high authorities.

How I wish they can use their Sharia law to judge the man. If they use it, the punishment will be to chop off the manhood of the man and to chop off the two breasts of the wife and to destroy her womb by allowing strong men who wish to sleep with her to have sex with her in public for aiding her husband to commit such heinous crime.

Honestly, that’s what the idiot deserves. They should chop off his manhood like onions on the chopping board, so others can also desist from the wicked act

Some men are actually wild animals. Only a wild animal will kill other animals without considering their ages. The man should be killed for doing this

Aisha is a ceremonial First Lady, it was expected of her to visit the baby and condemn the act of the useless man. Nigerian government should be more harsh on rape cases than it used to be in the past
