Former Governor of Akwa Ibom State, and Senate Minority Leader, Godswill Akpabio was rushed to the National Hospital Abuja, after his vehicle collided with another, when his convoy reportedly beat the traffic light along the Airport Road on Monday.

A witness at the scene of the crash told Premium Times, that when Akpabio’s siren-blaring convoy sped through the red light, the car of the minority leader hit a car and tumbled on its side.

He was said to have been dazed when he was pulled from the damaged vehicle and taken to the hospital, where he was admitted at the National Trauma Center.

Officials at the Hospital Abuja later said Senator Akpabio is stable and out of danger.

Lawbreakers! If it’s in the western world, he will be charged for breaking the traffic law and order, and endangerment of another motorist that might have killed the motorist

Nigeria and their lawbreakers, no wonder people call them zoo republicans
