The Federal Government has warned Nigerians of the existence of ‘Huroof’, a mobile app the Islamic State of Iraq and Syria, ISIS, are now using to propagate Jihad to children.

The Minister of Information and Culture, Alhaji Lai Mohammed, in a statement in Abuja on Thursday, said the newly-launched mobile application developed by the sect and tagged Huroof (Arabic alphabets or letters), is being used by ISIS to teach children the Arabic alphabets with the aid of guns, military tanks and cannons.
