Another INEC office goes up in flames in Anambra

Ahead 2019 elections, another office of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), has been gutted by fire.

The latest of the unfortunate events is the Awka, Anambra State capital office of the electoral body which got burnt on Tuesday.

The fire which started at about 2pm was alleged to have emanated from a container bearing election materials that were dispatched to the centre earlier.

It was learnt that part of the materials in the container were card readers meant to be used for the presidential and National Assembly elections on Saturday.
