Armed bandits kidnap 3 female students from Lagos hostel

The ‎Lagos State Police Command has confirmed the kidnapping of three school girls of the Babington Macaulay Junior Seminary private school located in the Ikorodu area of Lagos State.
Sources say the abductors stormed the school premises at about 8:30pm on Monday night abducting at least three students with unconfirmed reports suggesting that the students kidnapped were more than the number declared.
 
The Lagos State Police Command spokesperson Dolapo Badmus who confirmed the incident informed that men of the Nigerian Police have swung into action in order to secure the immediate release of the abducted girls.
The State Commissioner of Police, Fatai Owoseni, on hearing the case was said to have stormed the school, located at Agunfoye-Lugbusi village, owned by the Anglican Communion, Lagos Diocese as he spent the better part of the night cordoning the school and its surrounding bushes and villages with men of the police force in search of the girls.
