Army gets new spokesman as ex-spokesman gets NOUN job

The Director of Public Relations of the Nigerian Army, who voluntarily resigned has been replaced by Col. Musa Sagir.

Musa’s appointment was contained in a new redeployment of senior officers released by the Army Headquarters on Tuesday.

He was until his appointment the spokesman of 82 Division, Enugu.

Meanwhile, Brig.-Gen. Sani Usman who voluntary resigned his appointment as the spokesman of the army has been appointed as Faculty member of the Business school of the National Open University of Nigeria (NOUN).

The Coordinator of NOUN Business School, Prof. Samaila Mande, who made the announcement on Tuesday said Usman’s wealth of experience had earned him the appointment.

He added that Usman would chair the Crisis Communication, Public Relations and Security Studies sessions of the School.
