Audit report: No money missing in Prisons Service – Spokesman

Nigerian Prisons Service (NPS) has denied the allegation that over N3 billion was missing from the funds allocated to it in 2015. In a statement by the spokesman of the organization, Francis Enobore on Friday, the NPS claimed all documents required to clear its name have been provided to the authorities.

Daily Trust of December 28, 2017 had reported that the NPS has not been able to account for N3.586 billion from the funds allocated to it in 2015.
