Avengers to Air Force: Your scrap jets don’t intimidate us

The militant group, Niger Delta Avengers, NDA, says it is not intimidated by the recent bombardment of some militant camps by the Nigerian Air Force.
The NDA, in a statement issued by its spokesman for Mudoch Agbinibo, vowed that the bombardments would not stop the group from fighting for their people.
It said, “The Nigeria military is playing some war game on some illegal bunkering camps and showing video of how they carry out the bombardments.
“That is so unprofessional; I don’t think they can intimidate the NDA with those scrap jet bombers.”
In what may be an admission of its involvement in the spate of attacks on Lagos and Ogun States riverine areas, the NDA, also accused the Air Force of bombarding its members in Arepo, Ogun State.
The militant group, which also accused President Muhammadu Buhari of being the only Nigerian against calls for the nation’s restructuring, said the action of the Air Force was unprofessional.
The group further challenged the Nigerian military to display to the public its members that were killed in the air strikes since it begun, adding that the military killed innocent women and children during the air bombardment exercise.
The militant group while announcing a new Twitter account, took a swipe at the online social network service provider for suspending its former account, saying such would not stop the group’s struggle.
It would be recalled the Nigerian military has been bombarding militant positions in Arepo, with claims that about 140 camps have been destroyed.
