Avengers challenge Nigerian Army to battle

The Niger Delta Avengers (NDA) has said that they are not responsible for the death of Nigerian soldiers that died in the creeks.

The group said in a series of tweets on Tuesday that it has not killed any Nigerian soldier, because it has not engaged them, but if “they want us to kill them let them come after us”.

The tweeted: “Nigeria Military also lied that NDA kill soldiers. we havnt engage in combat wth them bt if they want us to kill them let them come after us”.

They also tweeted, that it is a lie that their members have been arrested, alleging that soldiers who died in the
creeks recently did so because they had no amphibious training, and that the number would have been more but for the intervention of local fisher.
