Banky W suggests 75% of music industry player’s smoke hemp

EME honcho Banky W has suggested in a recent post on Snapchat that 75% of people who make bread and butter working in the music industry indulge in the act of smoking weed.

It is commonly known that reggae and hip hop music artists are greatly influenced by the recreational drug and Banky W confirmed that fact when he reacted to a warning placed on the door of a hotel room in Benin, Edo State.

The message on the door of the hotel room warns prospective lodgers not to smoke weed in the rooms, warning that if the rule is broken then defaulters will be immediately checked-out or handed over to the police.

Banky W’s reply to the message on Snapchat reads thus; “Lol, now this means 75% music business can’t stay here…”

Smoking cannabis has become a common sight among different cultures and generations and since the 70’s, it has been commonly used and widely accepted by music industry players.
