Coutinho took part in a brief photo session at the Nou Camp after Barcelona’s 3-0 win against Levante on Sunday, and is set to be unveiled to fans at the ground later on Monday.

There had been suggestions the Brazilian could make his debut against Celta Vigo on Thursday in the Copa del Rey.

But his debut could now come on January 28 in the La Liga fixture against Alaves.
