The Peoples Democratic Movement (PDM), will not follow through its petition against the election of Governor Bala Mohammed.

This is because it was granted permission of withdrawal by the Governorship Election Petition Tribunal sitting in Bauchi State.

The withdrawal of PDM’s petition was granted by the Tribunal presided over by Justice Salihu Shuaibu at its sitting on Saturday in Bauchi.
