Tyga’s ex Black Chyna is threatening to sue if a sex tape of her is leaked. The mother of one has sounded out her lawyer, Walter Mosley, who tells TMZ that Chyna will go after anyone who releases the tape … with a vengeance.

Chyna’s move is coming after word hit the streets that someone’s is shopping for the sex tape and is ready to reveal it to the media and Chyna is doing everything within her power to ensure that the sex tape is not revealed.

Sources say some media outlets already have the tape and it has also reached the hands of porn companies with sources saying the stars in the sex tape are real and the tattoo on the lady’s arm in the sex tape matches that of Chyna.

According to the source, the model and entrepreneur suspects Tyga may be behind the leak especially when the newly engaged claimed that he is pretending to support her engagement with Rob Kardashian.

Recall that Chyna said her ex is really trying to destroy her life with sources revealing to TMZ that Tyga has gone to great lengths to drive a wedge between their son, King, and her.

Reports say Tyga and his crew have been on a campaign to destroy Chyna’s reputation, calling her a “drunk whore,” “deadbeat mama” and “nasty bitch.”

Tyga has also filed legal documents trying to wrestle custody from her and will not back down.
