BORNO: APC chairman's son kidnapped

Four-year-old son of the Chairman of Borno State chapter of the All Progressives Congress, APC, Ali Bukar-Dalorin, has been kidnapped.

The Borno Police Commissioner, Demian Chukwu, disclosed this at a press conference on Thursday in Maiduguri.

According to him, the boy was taken from Maiduguri Capital School and taken to an unknown destination by his abductors.

Chukwu, who disclosed that the command had launched an investigation to rescue the child from the kidnappers, warned politicians against plotting evil against their opponents because of political ambition.

“This is a clarion call to all politicians to always watch their back against their opponents.

“They must be very careful and vigilant at all times. Parents should also monitor their children and report any suspected individuals to the security for prompt action,” Chukwu said.
