Breaking! 21 Chibok girls regain freedom

FG to swap more Boko Haram terrorists for Chibok girls

Emerging reports indicate that 21 of the girls who were kidnapped from Chibok Secondary school in Bauchi state have been released.

They have been taken to military hospital Maiduguri.

While details are still very scanty, the girls are said to have been released to the Nigerian government officials.

The governemnt claimed to have been in negotiations with the Boko Haram terrorist sect that abducted the girls, but has been unable to make much progress due to the factionalisation of the group.
