Sowore’s dream to replace Buhari as president back on track

Surrounded by armed operatives of the Department of State Services (DSS), troubled co-convener of the #RevolutionNow protest, Mr. Omoyele Sowore, was on Monday arraigned at the Federal High Court in Abuja ahead of his trial.

Reports say Sowore arrived the court premises at 9:10am ‎ to chants of ‘Revolution,’ with his waiting followers completing the slogan with a chorus of “Now.”

He will stand trial on charges of treasonable felony and other sundry offences instituted against him by the Nigerian Government.

He is to be arraigned on seven counts of treasonable felony, money laundering and cybercrimes which was instituted against him by the Office of the Attorney-General of the Federation.
