Reports emerging from the nation’s capital, Abuja, say that the office of the Attorney General of the Federation on Tuesday approached the National Industrial Court (NICN) seeking to stop the Nigerian Labour Congress (NLC) and Trade Union Congress(TUC) from embarking on a nation-wide strike scheduled to commence tomorrow.

Justice Babatunde Adejumo, the President of the NICN is said to be hearing the expert motion filed by the Attorney General of the Federation (AGF), Abubakar Malami (SAN).
