Buhari holds teleconference with Presidential Task Force on COVID-19

President Muhammadu Buhari Wednesday held a teleconference with members of the Presidential Task Force on COVID-19 from his office at the State House, Abuja.

The president’s personal photographer, Bayo Omoboriowo, confirmed this in a pictorial report in Abuja.

The task force headed by the Secretary to the Government of the Federation, Boss Mustapha, regularly briefed the President on its activities since it was inaugurated last month.

The leadership of the task force had on April 10 acquainted President Buhari with details of the work being done in line with its mandate on the coronavirus pandemic in the country.

The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) had on Tuesday disclosed that the country currently has 373 confirmed cases of COVID-19 with 11 deaths.
