Buhari, Masari meet in Aso Rock

President Muhammadu Buhari Tuesday held a closed-door meeting with the Katsina State Governor, Aminu Masari, at the Presidential Villa, Abuja.

The meeting came a few hours after reports emerged that President Buhari had tested negative for coronavirus.

The reports had also claimed the President’s Chief of Staff, Abba Kyari, tested positive for the disease that had infected 42 people in the country.

The presidency has yet to respond to inquiries on the status of the President and his chief of staff.

The Katsina State governor left the State House at about 1:00 p.m. and declined to requests for chat with State House correspondents.
