Buhari in Osun, says change won’t come on a bed of roses (Photos)

President Muhammadu Buhari said in Osun State on Thursday, that change cannot be attained on a bed of roses and asked Nigerians to be patient and bear with government as it deals with the ailing economy.

He stated this in Osogbo, the Osun State capital while addressing citizens before proceeding to commission the newly built Government High School.

President Buhari was in the state for a one-day working visit as part of the 25th anniversary of the creation of the state.

He arrived at the newly built Government High School, Oshogbo and was received along his entourage by the state Governor Rauf Aregbesola.

Oyo State governor, Senator Abiola Ajimobi, Lagos State Governor Akinwunmi Ambode, the Minister of Communications, Adebayo Shitu, former governor of Osun state, Olagunsoye Oyinlola, Speaker of the Osun State House of Assembly, Najeem Salaam, members of the Assembly were among the dignitaries at the event.

Others are, the Ooni of Ife, Oba Adeyeye Ogunwusi, the Alaafin of Oyo, Oba Lamidi Adeyemi, Owa Obokun of Ijesaland, Oba Adekunle Aromolaran, the Ataoja of Osogbo and the Timi of Ede.
