Buhari receives panel’s report on drug abuse

Buhari tasks NASS over timely passage of 2019-2021 MTEF/FSP

President Muhammadu Buhari on Friday received the report of the Presidential Advisory Committee on Elimination of Drug Abuse at the Presidential Villa, Abuja.

The committee which was inaugurated by the President on December 11, 2018, is headed by a former Military Administrator of Lagos State, Brig. Gen. Buba Marwa (retd).

Other members of the committee are the wife of the President, Mrs. Aisha Buhari and wife of the Vice President, Mrs. Dolapo Osinbajo.

The committee is saddled with the task of reducing drug abuse in the country.
