Buhari should resign before he relapses –Fani-Kayode

One of President Muhammadu Buhari’s ardent critics and a former Minister of Aviation, Femi-Fani-Kayode, has asked him to resign his office as president before he relapses.

Fani-Kayode, also making mockery of a statement allegedly made by President Buhari’s media aide, Garba Shehu, that ‘rodents destroyed the president’s office while he was on medical leave’, said “Even the rats don’t want him (Buhari) to come back”.

The former aviation minister, who currently is being prosecuted by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) over alleged corruption involvement, stated this in a series of tweets he posted on his twitter handle on Tuesday.

He said, “@MBuhari could not inspect guard of honor at airport. He could not do a live TV broadcast. He cannot go to office but must work from home.

“Finally he could not read his speech without his hands shaking. How much longer will this charade last? He must resign before he relapses.”

Quoting at the alleged statement by Shehu he said, “’Rodents destroyed PMB’s office furniture while he was abroad’- Shehu Garba
“My goodness!!! Even the rats don’t want him (Buhari) to come back.”
