Buhari returns today
President-elect, General Mohammadu Buhari is billed to return to Nigeria today (Thursday) from the United Kingdom, UK, where he had gone for a private visit since Friday.
The Head of his Media team, Mallam Garba Shehu said that Buhari’s plane is expected to touch ground at the Nnmadi Azikiwe International Airport in the early hours of Thursday morning.
He is to be sworn in as President on tomorrow (Friday) at the Eagles Square in Abuja.
There are speculations that he embarked on the trip to escape pressure of those pressurizing him on ministerial appointments.
