Busquet set for new contract
Barcelona midfielder Sergio Busquets is set to sign a new five-year contract with the Spanish champions.
A statement published on Barca’s official website said Busquets, 28, would commit his future to the Catalan club until June 30, 2021 by agreeing a new deal on Thursday.

The new contract includes the option of a further two-year extension, depending on the number of games the Spain international plays.
Busquets graduated from Barca’s academy in 2008 and has since made 390 competitive appearances for the Nou Camp outfit, winning LaLiga six times and the Champions League thrice.
The son of former Barca goalkeeper Carles Busquets, he became a world champion with Spain in 2010 and helped his country defend their European title two years later.
