‘Can’t wait to get going’ – Moses happy to join Fenerbahce, hails Chelsea fans

Former Super Eagles forward, Victor Moses has expresses his excitement over his move to Turkish Super Lig side, Fenerbahce.

The 28-year old, who was restricted to five appearances since the start of this season at Chelsea, was loaned out for the fourth time by the English giants.

In a tweet on Friday, the Premier League winner implied he is ready to become more active on the pitch and also wished his parent club well.

“Delighted to have joined @Fenerbahce ? A huge club with incredible fans and an amazing history ?? Can’t wait to get going! ??,” Moses wrote on his Twitter handle on Friday evening.

“I’d also like to thank everyone at @ChelseaFC and I wish the team and the fans the very best for the future!”

Moses arrived at Stamford Bridge from Wigan for £9m in 2012.

He has scored 18 goals in 128 games for the Blues, but will now play for Fenerbahce for the next 18 months after completing the loan move on Thursday.

Fenerbahce are two points from bottom of the Turkish top flight division, 21 points behind leaders Istanbul Basaksehir.

They host Yeni Malatyaspor in a league clash on Monday, as Moses might make his debut.
