Charlyboy blasts Buhari over 800m trek claim, says he’s a total failure

Eccentric former President of the Performing Musicians Employers Association of Nigeria (PMAN) Charlyboy Oputa has condemned President Mohammadu Buhari over his much publicised 800 metres trek claim.

Reacting to a post by presidential aide, Garba Shehu who said President Buhari trekking 800m from the Eid prayer ground to his house in Daura on Friday, showed that he is very fit to seek a re-election, Charlyboy said Buhari is a failure.

Charlyboy replied Garba’s comments saying; “If Buhari like make e trek from Abuja reach Jericho, he is a confirmed failure”.

The bashing by Charlyboy also comes after Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, National Publicity Secretary, Kola Ologbondiyan, mocked Buhari over his publicized 800metres trek.

In a tweet, Ologbondiyan said even his “centurion granny” walks 1km daily without calling a world press conference.

He wrote: “My centurion granny just returned home from her daily 1km walkout. She didn’t need to call a world press because it has become a routine.”
