Cops whisk away controversial media personality Kemi Olunloyo
If news reaching RIPPLES NIGERIA is anything to go by, then this could just be the season of hounding celebrities who candidly express their views on social media.
A day after Chocolate City boss Audu Maikori was arraigned before a magistrate court sitting in Kaduna State over comments he made on the Southern Kaduna crisis, controversial media personality Kemi Olunloyo has been arrested at her Ibadan home.
Kemi made the announcement via her Instagram page informing that men of the Nigerian police Force stormed her Ibadan home to pick her up this morning for questioning.

“#BREAKING 7.56 am #Ibadan. The NPF just stormed my house arresting me taking me to CID for questioning. They say it is NOT a criminal matter. Please share!! KOO FREE SPEECH RULES!”
It is not yet clear what she was arrested for but unconfirmed reports suggest that since it is not a criminal matter, she may have been whisked away over comments she made on social media in the recent past.
