Justice Okon Abang of the Federal High Court, Abuja, on Wednesday adjourned hearing on the bail application filed by the former chairman of the defunct Pension Reform Task Team, Abdulrasheed Maina, till November 6.
Justice Abang had after taken arguments from the defence and prosecution counsels picked the date.
The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) arraigned Maina on a 12-count charge of money laundering, operating of fictitious bank accounts and fraud.

When the defendant was arraigned on October 25, he pleaded not guilty to the charges and orally applied for bail, but the judge adjourned the matter till October 30 for trial.
He ordered that Maina be remanded in the Nigerian Correctional Service Centre.
