Court puts seal of divorce on Pastor Oyakhilome’s marriage

According to a statement by Anita Oyakhilome solicitors, Attwaters James Hill James Hill, the estranged wife of pastor Chris Oyakhilome of Christ Embassy has officially concluded divorce proceedings from her husband.

The statement published on the UK based law firms website also revealed that the process was finalised on February 8 and also stated that she has dropped Oyahkilome from her name for Obhodaghe, while also severing ties with the church.

“We have been requested by Anita Oyakhilome to confirm that on 8th Februray 2016 a decree absolute was pronounced in the High Court of Justice Principal Registry of the Family Division dissolving her marriage to Christian Onehirokpeana Oyakhilome.

“Anita Oyakhilome would like to confirm that she is no longer involved in or part of Christ Embassy AKA Believers LoveWorld INC.”

On the other hand, pastor Chris has not confirmed or responded to the latest development confirming the divorce with Anita which was consummated in 1991 when they both got married.

The divorced couple are blessed with two daughters.
