Court throws out defamation lawsuit against Bill Cosby

A Pennsylvania federal judge has thrown out a defamation lawsuit filed against disgraced comedian, Bill Cosby by Renita Hill, one of the more than 50 women who have publicly accused Cosby of assault.

Judge Arthur J. Schwab sided with Cosby’s motion to dismiss a defamation lawsuit, according to court records.
