COVID-19: Abba Kyari arrives Lagos in air ambulance for more treatment

Buhari’s Chief of Staff, Kyari, breaks silence on contract fraud allegation

Abba Kyari, the Chief of Staff to President Muhammadu Buhari on Monday arrived Lagos for further treatment for COVID-19 treatment.

Kyari, it was learnt, got transferred from Abuja to Lagos in an air ambulance.

He would continue his treatment for the dreaded coronavirus in the Nigeria’s commercial hub.

Kyari recently returned from Germany, where he seemingly contracted the coronavirus disease.

The total number of confirmed cases of COVID-19 in Nigeria, as at Sunday night was 111.

However, Nigerian Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) said it was afraid the number would get higher.

The centre said it was currently trailing no less than 6,000 people that came in close contact with persons infected with the virus.
