Following the Federal Government’s order on wearing of mask, the Federal High Court in Abuja has made wearing of face masks compulsory for anyone entering into the court premises.

Part of the conditions Nigerian Government said citizens must comply with, as it eased COVID-19 lockdown in the country from Monday (today), was the compulsory wearing of face masks.

It vowed to arrest and prosecute anyone caught not wearing face mask.

Consequently, bold inscriptions that read “NO MASK, NO ENTRY!! COVID-19 IS REAL!!!” was displayed at the gate of the headquarters of the Federal High Court, Abuja on Monday.

Also, as part of measures to contain the spread of the dreaded virus, the court also placed two hand washing spots in its premises.
