A court date has been decided for singer Oyindamola Johnson Emmanuel better known as Dammy Krane and his accomplice identified only as Chukwuebuka, to stand trial for fraud and grand theft charges.

Information from the Miami-Dade County Criminal Justice Online System reveals that Dammy Krane, who would have Courtney Erik as his defense attorney and Migiel De La O as the judge, will appear for trial at 9:15am on Teusday, August 1, 2017, at the Justice Building, Room 4-3.

Recall that Dammy Krane and his accomplice were arrested by security operatives in the US in May, after he allegedly used stolen credit card details to book a jet for a trip to Miami from a private jet leasing company, Tap Jets.

If found guilty of grand theft which is a felony offense, and the other charges, the singer will be faced with penalties that may include prison, probation, fines, restitution, as well as a permanent criminal record.
