Daddy Freeze says Apostle Suleman’s 30% tithe no basis in Christianity

A day after the President of the Omega Fire Ministries worldwide (OFM) Apostle Johnson Suleman indirectly poked fun at COOL FM’s Daddy Freeze stating that he has increased his tithe from 10 to 30 per cent, the controversial radio personality has replied the cleric.

Daddy Freeze via his Instagram page stated that increasing ones tithe from 10% to 30% has no basis in Christianity and those clerics hitting at him should provide bible verses supporting the need to pay tithe.

He wrote; “Satan should go and die is now the new biblical defense for tithing?

He said, “The association of Nigerian Theologians, according to ‘The Point’ newspaper, published on the 20th of November 2017, declared that Christians should not pay tithe. (Scroll left to see article) are they now the devil you speak of?

“I will say that paying 30% tithe has NO basis in Christianity, but you can prove me wrong, by showing me one bible verse where our new High priest under the order of Melchizedek, Jesus, paid tithe, or where the disciples, our first pastors and GOs, paid 30% tithes.

“Now, unto other unrelated matters, that’s how one guy said one governor will die in 2 weeks and the governor is still hale and hearty, nearly 2 years later!” ~FRZ.

Daddy Freeze had earlier called out Pastor Matthew Ashimolowo of Kingsway International Christian Centre (KICC) for calling him a yoyo and accusing him of beating his wife and son while he was preaching about tithe.

The radio personality also denied claims by Pastor Ashimolowo that he constantly beats his wife, threw her and their kids out of their matrimonial home and broke his son’s knees.

“I didn’t beat my ex-wife or break my son’s knee. It is the petty lies they tell when they don’t have scriptural backing,” Daddy Freeze said on Instagram denying the claims by Pastor Ashimolowo.

This man called Daddy Freeze should be totally ignored, that’s the only solution to this noise around the media…he is only trying to cause media attention, and pastors are also helping him to achieve his aim.
