Dammy Krane sent back to jail after court appearance
Beleaguered singer Oyindamola Johnson Emmanuel better known as Dammy Krane and his accomplice identified only as Chukwuebuka were both paraded before a US court to answer for fraud and grand theft charges.
During proceeding, Dammy Krane pleaded not guilty to charges leveled against him and paperwork was provided to his defense attorney, as evidence showing what police found on his phone.
Chukwuebuka on his part was screened by the court which looked at his papers and it was found that he had no money in any bank or property anywhere in the US after telling the court that he is an indigent.

Recall that Dammy Krane and his accomplice were arrested by security operatives on Friday in the US after he allegedly used stolen credit card details to book a jet for a trip to Miami from a private jet leasing company, Tap Jets, according to reports.
The singer’s charge sheet which has since gone viral on the web reveals that he has been listed for crimes such as ‘Grand Theft 3rd Degree/Armed/Conspiracy/Credit Card Forgery/Intent to Defraud.’
If found guilty of grand theft which is a felony offense and other charges, the singer may be faced with penalties that may include prison, probation, fines, restitution, and a permanent criminal record.

It’s sad this is happening to Dammy Krane, this guy, I’m very sure is not guilty of these charges levied against him. He’s humble and easy going, the show promoters who made this happen to him will be punished by God in Jesus name!

You better start believing Dammy Krane is a fraud star, the long hands of the law just caught him, he’s been doing it for long. Do you know how many artistes this guy has duped all in the name of collaborations? I’m not surprised he got caught in the U.S.

Things these people do in Nigeria that they get away with, they think they can get away with them in other countries, they will learn from this and other artistes who do the same will also learn from Dammy Krane and his partner’s case. If found guilty, let him go to prison.
