Dammy Krane released from prison after meeting bail conditions

Burgeoning singer Oyindamola Johnson Emmanuel better know as Dammy Krane has been slammed with a 9-count charge including fraud and grand theft even as a defense attorney has been appointed to represent him.

If found guilty of grand theft which is a felony offense and other charges, the singer who is still in police custody after not being able to perfect his bail conditions, may be faced with penalties that may include prison, probation, fines, restitution, and a permanent criminal record.

Dammy Krane was arrested by security operatives on Friday in the US after he allegedly used stolen credit card details to book a jet for a trip to Miami from a private jet leasing company, Tap Jets, according to reports.

The singers charge sheet which has since gone viral on the web reveals that he has been listed for crimes such as ‘Grand Theft 3rd Degree/Armed/Conspiracy/Credit Card Forgery/Intent to Defraud.’
