Daniel Wilson returns: Vote out Buhari, APC he advises in new song

One of Nigeria’s old-time and celebrated dance-hall artist, Daniel Wilson is rallying Nigerians against the All Progressive Congress (APC) and by extension the President Muhammadu Buhari led administration over what he terms bad leadership.

The singer and songwriter expressed his displeasure and discontent in a new song titled ‘Never Again’ which is already gathering a storm of comments and reactions on social media.

In the new song, the ‘Ragamuffin’ crooner and veteran slammed President Buhari and his cabinet members for the way and manner they are running the affairs of the country, while charging Nigerians to ensure that PMB does not return as President for a second term.

“Those who voted for change must have realised that the President they voted for has kept this country paralyzed. If you voted for him and you are feeling the pain, I hope you do your very best to ensure that it never happens again,” The first verse of the song goes.

In the second verse of the song, Daniel Wilson called on Buhari and his cabinet members to apologise to Nigerian’s for all the troubles they have brought.

“We must make sure President Buhari does not rule for another term. We must make him and his cabinet members apologise to our nation for all the trouble they brought: strife, recession and herdsmen. These are things we should ensure never happens again.
