Davido pens deal with RCA Records

The profile of HKN honcho Davido is surely on the rise after the energetic performer put pen to paper on a deal with RCA Records (a subsidiary of Sony Records) in a move confirmed by his management.

The father of one signed the dotted lines before he stepped on stage to perform at the recently staged One Africa Music Fest concert that held at the Barclays centre in Brooklyn, New York over the weekend.

Davido now joins a long list of international artistes on the stable which is home to established music stars such as Alicia Keys, Sia, Justin Timberlake and Zayn Malik among others.

Reports say the deal signed by Davido covers the artiste’s North American music servicing and distribution.
